Chardonnay Winemaking Trial Tasting
January 20, 9:30 am - 12:00 pm

The AWRI will visit the Riverland showcasing how current winemaking practices can influence final wine style.
Fifteen wines have been made from the same batch of Chardonnay grapes using a range of different harvest dates and winemaking techniques.
This is a great opportunity to explore and compare the stylistic and compositional differences achieved when one winemaking variable is changed at a time.
The trial tasting will be held at the Loxton Hotel on Wednesday, January 20, 2021.
Booking is essential. Please note, refunds are not provided. If you can no longer attend this event, please email AWRI.
