The management committee of the Riverland Wine Industry Development Council accepted the resignation of Winkie winegrape grower representative Andrew Kassebaum at the June meeting last Monday.
Andrew was appointed as one of four RWGA grower members on the Council in 2010 and has served on the finance sub-committee since 2012. He has been a conscientious contributor throughout that time. As Deputy Mayor of Berri Barmera Council and a member of the Berri Resort Hotel Board and managing his Winkie property and another vineyard in the Barossa, Andrew has plenty to do. He will remain a member of the RWGA committee.
Members of the RWIDC will miss his thoughtful contributions and wish him well with his other commitments.
