The national Wine Industry IMPACT Conference is being held in Adelaide on Thursday, October 18.
With a focus on Direct to Consumer (DTC), sales, marketing and tourism the conference aims support winemakers to improve their visitation (virtual and digital) conversion, retention and engagement.
The importance of improving the capability and competitiveness of this area should not be underestimated. Wine Australia’s recent Small Winemakers Report suggested that the DTC channel represents on average 43 per cent of wine sales.
The conference will provide trends and insights including the release of Wine Australia’s recent Cellar Door and DTC Sales Survey results. Extensive keynote presentations and workshop opportunities will cover a range of topics aimed at improving DTC visitation, conversion, retention and engagement.
