The show must go on!

The Riverland Wine and Food Festival (RWFF) showcases the region’s wine and food and is a popular event with locals and visitors.  Despite the challenges of 2020 the RWFF, now in its 18th year, is back in a new format – observing COVID-19 requirements – with events being held from Friday, October 16 to Sunday, October 18.

Event promoter, Kelly Wagner said, “While we aren’t able to party on the Berri Riverfront this year, we’re thrilled to bring the Riverland Wine & Food Festival 2020 to the region.

“We’ve been delighted with the enthusiasm and creativity of Riverland businesses in adapting and developing offerings to support the new format.  Our program aims to appeal to a broader cross section of people and to experience more of what makes the Riverland great – there will be something for everyone to enjoy.”

A movie and picnic night, native inspired tapas, gourmet grooves and graze, spring explosion, masterclass, long lunches and a cellar door opening are among the events being held as part of this year’s Riverland Wine and Food Festival.  The Bonney Theatre, Berri Hotel, 919 Wines, Banrock Station, Bassham Wines, Top Block, Salena Estates and Twenty Third Street Distillery and Ruston’s Restaurant will be host venues for this year’s RWFF.

Bookings are required as numbers will be limited at some venues.  More information and the festival program is available on the RWFF website.
