Destination Riverland has ‘winterised’ their website www.desitinationriverland.org.au as part of a winter campaign currently being conducted.
Advertising for the campaign includes: print advertisements in the Taste and SA Weekend sections of The Advertiser and the RAA’s SA Motor winter edition; radio advertisements covering Port Lincoln, Adelaide Hills, Murray Bridge and the Murraylands; a television commercial screened in the Riverland and Limestone Coast; and social media.
Flyers promoting the Riverland were also distributed in the Riverland over Easter and at the Tasting Australia event held at the end of April.
Riverland Wine strongly supports the work and plans of Destination Riverland and has made a moderate contribution to the Wintertime Campaign and the recent Tasting Australia event in Adelaide.
The recent launch of the Restaurant Australia campaign by the Australian Tourism Commission with the support of Wine Australia offers exciting opportunities for Riverland Wine, Food and Tourism businesses to work together to draw more visitors to our region. There is a great opportunity to do just that by making sure Riverland features on THE HUB
